BLM-Brooklyn Prez Leads Marine Park Council Race in Endorsements

President of Black Lives Matter Brooklyn and City Council Candidate for the 45th District Anthony Beckford leads candidates in his race when it comes to endorsements. The number of endorsements have shown that he is one of the most viable candidates in the 45th Councilmatic District.

“It is truly an honor to receive these endorsements for my 2021 campaign,” said Mr. Beckford. “My advocacy has always been about the people. As the next City Council Member of the 45th District, I will be sure to be the representation that the district needs. To work with my future colleagues to bring about the progressive changes that we need in New York City, from criminal justice reform to housing justice for all. I have several proposals that my team and I have been drafting so that I can introduce a package of bills for the people within my first 90 days in office. The current administration has failed our youth, families and seniors. In my campaign and when I am elected in June 22, 2021, I will fight to make sure that all New Yorkers are prioritized.”
